Passive Effect	Using a block after an ally uses a chain-3 skill increases the Hero's armor by 200 for 5 seconds. During this time, the Hero is granted a 35% chance to counter-attack with a thunder strike that deals magical damage equal to 30% of the Hero's HP. (Activates once every 2 seconds)
