Background
	To resist the Tristan army invading the Eastern sea, Koxinga leads the navy force himself through great danger. When he gloriously returns to the nation after defeating the army, the King grants him the title, Aqua King.

Skill	Water God's Dragon Wave
Active Effect	Deals magic damage equal to (100/150/250)% of Hero's attack power based on the length of the block chain.
Passive Effect	Hero summons Water Dragon by (20/40/60)% chance according to chain number. The summoned dragon deals magic damage equal to 350% of Hero's attack power and increases ally's evasion chance by 20% for 3 seconds. Block skills and passive effects decreases enemy SP by 3 for each attack.
