	Haunted by the souls she murdered, No. 9 continues to hunt villains, each new soul quiets the tempest in her head for a time, but soon the souls begin to murmur again.

Skill	RF-247 Sniper Bullet
Active Effect	Snipes enemies (1/2/3) times equal to the length of the chain. Each bullet deals physical damage equal to 125% of the Hero's attack damage.
Passive Effect	When a skill block is used, the next RF-246 Sniper bullet will have a 20% chance of scoring a Critical Hit with 150 armor penetration. If the Hero is already buffed, the Hero will shoot 3 more times.
